Urban Beach’s New Spring Menu (Bournemouth, England)

After weeks of tramping across farmland in search of the perfect pig, the liveliest livestock and the cheekiest chicken, the Urban Beach has now officially launched its new spring menu. The creator of the menu is new chef Quentin Royles, who has 13 years experience and is passionate about finding the best local produce with which to create unique British cooking with a quirky Urban Beach touch.
