The Inaugural Grand Jersey Festival Of Food Marks The Multi-Million Pound Hotel Re-Launch in Summer 08. Between Friday 27th and Sunday 29th June 2008, a myriad of Michelin Star chefs, master classes & classic culinaire from across the island will be the ingredients of this 3-day epicurean extravaganza.
