Schnitzel, one of Germany’s best-loved dishes, is a pork escalope, coated in fresh breadcrumbs and fried. Choose from four traditional schnitzel dishes at the Beerhouse: classic Wiener Schnitzel; Jäger Schnitzel (Hunter-style), served with creamy mushroom sauce; Holstein Schnitzel, served with bacon and a fried egg and Zigeuner Schnitzel, served with hot pepper and onion sauce. All schnitzel dishes are served with French fries or farmer potatoes and a mixed salad.
