Matt Tebutt, the chef behind the multi-award-winning Welsh restaurant The Foxhunter at Nantyderry in Monmouthshire, is bringing a taste of the countryside into the home with the publication next month of his recipe book Matt Tebbutt Cooks Country. The host of UKTV Food’s Market Kitchen has compiled 150 rustic recipes which combine his love of modern British cooking with that of the countryside.
